FORT WORTH, TEXAS (November 6, 2018) – Vetoquinol USA, a world-class developer of veterinarian-approved formulas for large animal healthcare products, announced the recent launch of its rebranded EQUISTRO® product line. The rebranding includes new packaging for products, and all EQUISTRO products are now available to purchase over the counter in veterinary clinics and in retail stores that sell feed, farm supplies, horse tack and equine products. SECRETA PRO MAX and CHRYSANPHYTON, which were previously sold under Tomlyn, are now part of the rebranded line as well.

EQUISTRO® Flexadin UC-II® and MYO POWER Now Available Over the Counter

FORT WORTH, TEXAS (October 9, 2018) – Vetoquinol USA, a world-class developer of veterinarian-approved formulas for large animal healthcare products, announced that starting in September EQUISTRO® Flexadin UC-II® and MYO POWER for high performance horses are available to purchase over the counter in retail stores that sell feed, farm supplies, horse tack and equine products. Both horse health supplements were previously only available through veterinary clinics.

“We’re excited to now offer both products over the counter, so horse owners have more convenient access,” said Tabitha Cromer, marketing manager at Vetoquinol USA. “All of our equine health supplements are tested and approved by veterinarians, so you can still rely on getting the best product available.”

Flexadin UC-II is a unique product with the patented UC-II technology designed to help keep horses healthy and physically active as they grow older. Daily administration helps maintain joint mobility and flexibility. Horses and ponies weighing between 100 to 2,500 pounds should receive 15 grams per day for up to 12 weeks for the initial administration, and then 10 grams (one scoop) daily for maintenance administration.

MYO POWER is a product for horses designed to support performance, endurance, and normal muscle recovery. It contains readily assimilated proteins originating from milk, in addition to the branched-chain amino acid, L-Leucine. Each scoop included with MYO POWER conveniently holds 25 grams. 75 grams per day should be administered to horses for up to 3 weeks for initial administration and then 50 grams per day for 2 weeks, or as directed by your veterinarian, for maintenance administration. Foals and ponies should receive 50 grams per day for up to three weeks for initial administration and then 25 grams per day for 2 weeks, or as directed by your veterinarian, for maintenance administration.
